At RAK Custom Designs, we believe in a transparent and collaborative design journey. Discover the thoughtful steps we take to transform your ideas into impactful visuals, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Step 1: The initial brief and understanding your vision
When you reach out, the very first thing we do is schedule a brief. This initial conversation is crucial. We'll sit down with you and ask targeted questions to gain a deep understanding of what you're looking for, your goals for the project, and what you hope to achieve. This 'briefing' session helps us grasp your vision and expectations from the outset.
Step 2: Research and initial concept development
Following our briefing, we delve into competitor research to understand the current landscape and identify opportunities for your design to truly stand out. From there, we begin sketching quick, simple design concepts. We select 3 or 4 promising ideas to develop further, and also keep 2 backup concepts, just in case.
Step 3: Client presentation and collaborative refinement
We develop these initial ideas into more comprehensive concepts and then present them to you. We ask you to select 2 concepts you'd like to see fully developed, along with one backup. This is also the time to share any additional elements or ideas you might want incorporated. Our process is smooth because we send personalized email updates, keeping you in the loop and allowing for your input throughout the entire design journey.
Your satisfaction, our priority
We fully develop your chosen ideas, then present them for your detailed input. We then revise both images based on your feedback and re-present them. At this point, you'll choose your final design. If any final revisions are needed, we apply them, and then deliver your completed project, ensuring it perfectly meets your expectations.
